Mary, who runs ISD Construction, is a general contractor with an Interior Design background and a bubbling personality.  She uses the best people who she has worked with over the years.  Even so, if their work is not up to par, she doesn't hesitate to replace them with people who can do the job to her very high standards.  Her design sense is excellent and she gave us many ideas that improved our plans.  Her pricing seemed reasonable and her estimates were usually accurate.  If there was a variance, it was usually because we added something after the estimate.  If I had to find a fault it would be the couple of times when someone didn't show up when they were supposed to.  Overall, we are ecstatic over how everything has turned out and the quality of the workmanship.

Mary Gower really easy to work with.  Whenever you change your mind on the work that you are doing during the middle, she doesn't charge extra for those changes.  She provides a very detailed bid and has a great eye for design as well.  She did the remodel of our interior and exterior.  She isn't shy about giving her opinion.  She is really good about shopping around for the right price.  She also recommended the roofing company that we used and was present during the bid for the roofing project and listened in since she knew the company.

The best word to describe my experience is WOW! Mary makes such a personal investment in her customers and will do everything she can to work with your budget and explain the options. I especially appreciated the time she took with me at the granite yard to explain the pros and cons and also to educate me on what I was buying. She also takes the reputation of her contractors very seriously and holds them accountable for doing a good job. During installation she is very hands-on and inspects everything to be sure it was done correctly and with good quality. I would absolutely use ISD again and plan to next year for a new patio!!

It went well. It's good to be flexible on scheduling - if it's a small job, she will fit it in to her other jobs. She is a perfectionist and does excellent work. She has a keen eye for design, so I have let her pick colors and fixtures for me and I've been very happy with what she has chosen.
