Invitation Homes - Chicago

I e-mailed Invitation Homes about three properties that I had seen on Zillow, Realtor.com and Craigslist twice within a week and got no response. Then, I called their number (855 number) which is routed to a call center. The call center said it's a Dallas company that is new in the Chicago area and they don't have much info on the Chicago team but he was able to tell me that 2 of the properties were active and that the third had a weird status that he believed was due to possible work being done on the house. He took my name, number and e-mail and said the broker would call me back within 24 hours about the properties. 36 hours later... NOTHING. Their houses look pretty nice - remodeled and updated in the pictures and prices are quite reasonable which is what first caught my eye and also the potential of an investment/management company owning also caught my eye (my current and last rentals were privately owned and both had foreclosure/BK issues). But, all that mean nothing if their service is negligible!! So now that I am in more of a time crunch (and I'm not looking for 1BR/$600 rentals), I'm scrambling to find a broker that has interest in helping and offering a slight bonus for their assistance and professional services. Needless to say I will not be using Invitation.
