I used Sharon Couch-Hester at this company. I have dealt with a lot of lenders and mortgage brokers in the past, but she takes the cake. She is a professional and it seems everything she does for you is no hassle at all. This company charges a flat fee for doing your loan with no points on the back, so you get the lowest interest rate available. I thought the fee that I was charged was good.
