IMAGE CLEANERS

Had to take one of them back a second time as it looked like something black had faded onto it. They redid it and it looked better.

Image Cleaners came to my home and  with the help of a 24 foot ladder removed cornices and 2 story drape panels as well as single story drape panels and valances.  They took extreme care in removing them, considering they  are 15 years old and to my knowledge have not ever been cleaned.  When they returned, the panels had gotten creases in them and were taken back to be repressed. They returned a few weeks later (at my convenience) to finish.  Rick was not with them at the time and came back {again at my convenience) to receive the balance that was due. 

All of his staff are very courteous and professional.

I thought the price was a little high but Rick did work with me and cleaned the tapestry at no cost.  Needless to say, it would have been much more expensive to replace the window treatments.

They are very professional and friendly. They were on time. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the job that they did. They even offered to come back if I wasn't happy. I had to do it all remotely because I was out of town. They took down all the drapes, cleaned them, and then hung them again while I talked them through it over the phone.

I have recommended Image Cleaners to a friend who also had a fire. She unfortunately went with someone else who charged a lot more ($10,000 vs $1,200) and did a lot less (she didn't end up with anything usable - it all smelled like smoke).

They were very good.  They were on time and very professional.

They were very understanding of the problem and were cautious to tell me not to expect great results.  Since my expectations were not that high, I was very pleased when they were able to get most of the original length back

I contacted Image during the last week of August 2009. Boz called me back a day or so later and scheduled an estimate for 8-26, which was later rescheduled to 8-27 due to a personal issue in the company. He returned the day after the estimate to remove the draperies, valances, and cornice boards for cleaning. The cleaning was completed and the treatments were reinstalled on 9-9-09. The price I paid was the same as the estimated amount. Boz was assisted by a helper on both the uninstall and reinstall. Our window treatments had been in place for close to 20 years without cleaning. They look much fresher!

Totally courteous! They had to cancel my installation twice due to fire emergencies but as I was in no rush it didn't matter. They gave me a 10% discount which about covered the overrun from the original estimate by phone but they did tell me about the cost difference prior to the work when they saw how large the drapes were. The tie backs were also cleaned. They took photos of the shirring to get them back correctly to the same look in the draping and succeeded. This was not the typical off the rack 8 foot store bought drape.
