Ideal Remodeling

We gave Rudy the key to our home before we moved in and asked that the remodeling take place prior to move in. He did a great job and was attentive. When a situation came-up he always discussed it with us. We are very happy with the remodel.

The experience was great, He had to remove a large section of concrete to repair an old capped out water line that previous owners had berried and then poured a slab on top of. He quoted me reasonable price, drew a contract with same price and didn't try to squeeze in additional charges. I would absolutely recommend his services to everyone i know.

The water heater was replaced, unfortunately it was defective. We called back and with a very fast response they were at the house, They went to get an other heater, replaced it and it worked. the timing of response was excellent, very professional, GOOD GUYS ! They went above and beyond to take care of us. We will call them again.

We had a water leak and we needed someone who could view the damage and give us options. He did a great job! Very professional, nice, trustworthy. He worked the project while we were out of town and sent us pictures and updates every day. He gave us options as he found more damage, keeping an eye on our budget. He was very respectful of our home, our time, and our money. Will hire again!

Rudy showed up as expected and started work promptly. Very polite and pleasant did an excellent job. My wife was very pleased.

They are working on that because that's really the contract that they started out. We got the license for the work. It's still not complete because there are some issues. He is knowledgeable. He has been doing a very clean job. Everything he turn out he cleans it up. It's always clean. The main problem was the delay.

Just the quality of the work was very good and they did a good job communicating. They cleaned up after themselves and no hassles. I would use them again in the future.

Mr. Rudy Roman is the ultimate professional and he is a perfectionist. He was worse than me about paying attention to detail and making sure everything was right. I am so happy to finally have my new powder room and to have my family room back. He did an amazing job and is now going to double the space of my downstairs laundry room. I will post a picture if this program allows it. Other information: He does have other clients so he sets a reasonable schedule when he can do the work and he meets it. I am slightly impatient so I didn't really want to wait nearly 1 week and a half for the work to start but that is just me. Also, he likes to start early in the morning.
