My husband and I highly recommend Icon Granite service on countertop installation service. We are very pleased with the excellent job completed by Icon Granite and especially by Oscar and his team. Oscar and his team had completed the job professional, beautiful, on schedule at the very reasonable price. Oscar is friendly, polite, honest and very talented. First he went to the stone shops with us to select the best slabs for us then he spent lot of time thinking a way to cut our expensive stone in the most efficiency way with minimum waste to save us money from buying another slabs (while other contractors would not go through this thinking exercise and just asked us to buy extra slab). He aslo amazingly cut my 2 extra long 115" bathroom countertops without any seaming or breaking. We had used Icon Granite two times for our projects and we are very happy and pleased with their job well done. Thank you Oscar and the Icon Granite Team! I saw their ad in a monthly magazine, they were running a special, which included the sink and plumbing, and I went to their showroom on Saturday, 8/28. I met Danny and Ana, they showed me different countertop materials, sink options, and back splash. Danny was able to do an in-home estimate that day. I had almost 80 square feet of countertop, including the island. We agreed on the price, and the install was set up for the following Saturday, (9/3). Danny came by during the week, prepared the template, and advised that the installers would arrive between 9 – 9:30 am. Ana emailed a detailed invoice, which included the countertops, tile back splash, sink, plumbing, and labor. The installers arrived at 9:10 am, in a company box truck, put down protective covering for the floors and carpet, and were very courteous. They immediately started working on tearing out the old countertops, did not create a huge mess, and were very efficient. They brought their industrial vacuum machine and kept the work areas clean. I picked out a backsplash pattern, and was very happy with the results. Within seven days, from start to finish, I have a beautiful kitchen! I definitely recommend Icon Granite for your granite needs. They delivered exactly as advertised on “Guaranteed professional & timely service”!

I hired Icon Granite to install granite countertops, sinks and faucets in my master bath. Danny came out to give me a quote and he was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It was a large project because the bathroom has an 8-ft double sink counter on one side and a vanity on the other. I was able to get on the schedule within a week. The removal and installation of the counters took a couple of hours. The plumber, who came separately, also took a couple of hours. All in all it was a quick, painless process and the counters are beautiful.

Loved working with Icon Granite! I originally contacted them for a bid on new granite in our kitchen and bathrooms. I spoke with Ana who was an absolute pleasure to work with, very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. She advised that Danny would come to the house and measure everything so they could get a bid out to me. He showed up at our house exactly when she said, and I received their bid via email the next day. After many bids and research (some companies didn’t even call me back), I called Ana back about a month later and modified the job to just the kitchen and upgraded the sink. We picked out the granite, sink and edge, scheduled the job, and the guys showed up right on time exactly when Ana said they would be there. They disconnected the electric and pluming, took out the old counter tops placed the new ones on, then one installer started the backsplash while the other finished out the counters. They were very polite, professional and did a great job. Our house is very old and as you can imagine the measurements were not always standard. Danny had pointed this out to me, one side of the kitchen counters was shorter than the standard length, but was correct on the other side. They cut the slab so both sides were standard but the installer showed me that it hung over a bit more and asked me if it was ok, or if I wanted him to trim it down. It did look uneven with more granite hanging over the counter compared to the opposite counter, so he trimmed it down and it looks great.

As they were installing the sink I asked if they would drill a hole and put back the hot water dispenser which they agreed. After really looking at it, they pointed out where it was leaking and didn’t recommend putting it back in, which I agreed. I ran to HD, bought a new one and they put it in that day. The counters and back splash look great! We provided the tile and grout, they did the rest. I am very pleased with them and will use them again. The biggest plus was that they reconnected the electric and all the pluming for me before they left, no other bid would do that.

I did have two issues with the install, first I wasn’t advised that I needed to get spacers for the tile so I had to run to HD and get some. They did look in their truck but didn’t have enough.

Second, I didn’t notice before they left (my fault there), that the curve of the sink and the curve of the granite didn’t match up. We ordered a 60/40 sink and the top corner in the center hung over the sink. I sent Ana a picture and asked if they could fix it. She said it shouldn’t be that way and had them out to fix it (a week later only due to my schedule), and they sanded it down. It looks great now!

The people are great, professional and friendly. The company speaks for its self, they have an accredited A plus with the BBB and an A on Angie’s list. We will definitely use them again, Thanks guys, Mary Ann

50BEST EVER!!!We had interviewed about 4 other companies and had received estimates on our work. We had looked at marble slabs at a few places. Dany was by far the easiest to speak with ...he had all of the details we wanted gave us lots of information about our job... and our price from Icon was far below everyone else we had spoken with.We were able to pick our slabs from an abundant supply of granite. The morning they came out to do our install...they were at my house by around 9:00 in the morning... by 12:30 they were gone andy my kitchen looked like no worker had ever been in my home their clean-up was immaculate. I would recommend and I have recommended Icon Granite to all of my friends. I THINK THAT THEY ARE THE BEST EVER!!! I was amazed at how fast they worked ... the quality of their work...and the amazing clean up afterwards.

I interviewed 4 companies and Icon Granite was the only company that offered everything including the kitchen sink, plumber and electrician. Within days of my calling, Danny came by to measure and gave us an estimate which was all inclusive except for the new faucet, which we purchased. We went to their warehouse to make our selections and scheduled our installation date for 4/29/13. They arrived that morning working diligently all day, cleaning as they went, and finished the project by 5 p.m. The kitchen looks AWESOME and I couldn't be more pleased. I plan on using them again when we update our master bath and will definitely refer Icon Granite to our friends and family.

I received a money clipper magazine in the mail which had acoupon for Icon Granite. checked Angies List and Icon Granite appeared to have a good rating, so I called them. I spoke with Anna, who was very professional and courteous. She mentioned that Danny just so happened to be in my area and she would have him come over. He was at my house within 15 minutes of my call. He gave me an estimate and told me he could start the job in about 1.5 weeks. The next day (Saturday)we drove to Dallas to pick out our granite. Although there was not a huge selection, it was every easy to find the granite I loved!! While we were there, Danny informed us that his job that was originally scheduled for Tuesday had cancelled and he could fit is in if we liked. We went from quote to completed installation in less than 4 days! The gentlemen installing the countertops were polite and professional. They cleaned up nicely when they were done.

Very, very easy. Estimate done on a Monday, went to pick out granite and sink on Saturday, all work was done the following Thursday. The prove was about half that of the other contractor. We were limited in our granite, backsplash and sink choices as a result, but were very happy with the end result nonetheless. The only interaction I had with the contractors was when we went to pick out the granite and they were very nice. My wife reportted that the installers and the plumbing sub contractor were all polite and helpful. The day the work was done I left for work at 8 am before they arrived and came home at 6:30 to find everything completed without any indication that a bunch of messy work had been done that day. Can't beat that!

Overall experience was great. When coming to do estimate Danny was runnung 5minutes late due to traffic but called me and apologized for lateness which impressed me. Came in, did measurements, explained options and gave me a bid in the matter of minutes.

Anna, the office manager was very knowledgable and helpful as well when I went to chose the granite, backspash, sink and faucet.
The day of installation the crew of three were at the door the minute scheduled and immediatly covered the floor for protection. They
worked like a well oiled machine throuhout the day, cleaning as they went, vacuming even the dust as it was created. The plumber and electritian showed up mid afternoon to do their part and by 4PM they were done. I was most impressed by them being able to do the complete project from start to finish without me having to schedule several different contractors to get the job done and the total cost was as much as 1000.00 less than the other 2 bids that I received and neither of them included the plumbing and electrical services. I would reccomend them to anyone!
