 + -1 moreIt was a complete rip off. $500 for absolutely NOTHING. Justin should be ashamed.
Description of Work: We hired Justin to help with an eviction. We had already started the process by notifying the tenant. Justin seemed very confused regarding how to continue with an eviction in TARRANT County & repeatedly complained about the future drive time from Dallas, etc.- AFTER we paid him the $500. After receiving payment, Justin would not return calls prior to the hearing. WE correctly & legally notified the tenant, Justin did file the evicition paperwork with the JP - but did not tell us he was going to do it, so he and my husband ran into each other at the courthouse and filed it together (another vacation day down the drain.) & WE went to the hearing (taking time off work, AGAIN, - after getting no response from Huntahome.) Low and behold, when the JP asked who the property owners were, some guy from Huntahome we'd never heard of or spoken to stood up in court and said he was representing us. He never even introduced himself prior to the proceeding! The guy had absolutely no knowledge of our eviction case, so WE had to provide the explanation to the JP and cross examine the tenant ourselves. We requested a refund - in writing - TWICE. Unsurprisingly - they never bothered to respond.

 + -1 moreI was very happy with the professionalism and being able to get a prompt response from this company. House was leased up in a 3 weeks, for $80 more than I thought it could go for. Easy to login and look at financial records for my account.
Description of Work: Hunt has taken over my property management.
