Appliance Repair
My 4-year old LG refrigerator stopped cooling suddenly. I spoke with Diana at HPS Appliance Repair late one afternoon and they came the very next day. They replaced the compressor, submitted a claim to LG for reimbursement to me for the compressor charges, and got the refrigerator back in operation within 1-1/2 hours after arriving. My technician's name was Vadim and he was very professional, personable and explained everything that needed to be done for the repair. Additionally, Vadim came out a week later and replaced the ice maker, for the cost of the parts only, which also had some operational problems. Diana was great to call me and keep me updated as to Vadim's pending arrival. I highly recommend HPS for appliance repair and am extremely pleased with the results!
