Jack was very courteous and professional throughout the entire project. We also provided Jack with measurements of the new equipment we needed the unit to accommodate. Jack developed a design we liked, set about removing the top-half of the existing entertainment center unit and made markings on the wall for the new unit dimensions. Jack built the unit pieces at his shop and installed them with an assistant. Once in place, he asked for our opinion before completing the trim work. As a pleasant surprise, Jack retained the crown molding piece from the previous unit and added it to the top of the new unit. Although the new top-half already blended well with the old bottom, this touch really made the new piece appear to match the rest of the room (which has the same molding). Jack cleaned up after himself and has followed-up with us about the work. Jack even came in slightly under the original estimate. Once painted, it looks a great match. We're very pleased.

THERE WAS A LITTLE BIT OF A MESS UP, HE GOT OFF THE TRIM AND NOW THE REST NEEDS TO BE PAINTED, THOUGH HE WAS CONSCIENTIOUS.
