HE DID NOT HAVE ALL THE PAPERS SET UP RIGHT. WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD BOTH BE ON THE TITLE AND WHEN WE WENT TO CLOSING WE WERE NOT, AND HE SAID HE TRIED TO FIX IT RIGHT. BUT THE FINANCIAL GROUP SAID YOU CANT DO THAT. SO, I AM UNSURE IF HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS DOING WITH THAT OR IF HE WAS JUST TRYING TO GET IT CLOSED, WHICH HE DID. BUT WE HAD TO DO THE AFTER LEG WORK TO GET A NAME ADDED TO THE DEED OF THE HOUSE. I WAS PLEASED WITH HOW FAST MR. JONES WAS ABLE TO GET THE LOAN PUSHED THROUGH. HOWEVER I WAS NOT IMPRESSED WITH HIS EXPLANATION OF WHY BOTH OF US WERE NOT ON THE TITLE OF THE HOUSE AND WASN'T TO HAPPY WITH A COMMENT HE MADE AT CLOSING WHEN HE REALIZED WE WERE UNHAPPY ABOUT THAT AND HAD THE NERVOUS JITTERS ABOUT BUYING SUCH AN EXPENSIVE HOME.
