HOMESTEAD CLOCKS

Ordered carpet from them, Just Floors installed it.  They called at each stage of the process to insure that the installer was keeping with the timeline. They made sure it was installed correctly would use them again.

Steve was able to make a home call to look at our clocks within two days of contacting him. He was very thorough, provided a diagnosis and a cost and time estimate. Steve is very nice to work with and very knowledgeable. He took the guts of the grandfather clock and the wedding clock with him to his shop. He made new bushings, spring, cleaned the clocks, etc. He also kept them running in his shop long enough to make sure they were keeping good time, behaving, etc. Then, he called and came by to deliver the clocks about 2 weeks ahead of his predicted delivery! It was great, because we had the clocks and all their noise for Christmas. These are family heirlooms that we've been trusted with, and I felt very comfortable with Steve and the job he did.

I hired them to fix my old clock. It was old and they had warned me. They did their best and it died about two weeks later after they had fixed it. They were good. They did a good job. They did what they said they were going to do. The workers who had come to work were nice enough. I would surely recommend them to others. I would use them in the future if needed.

I took the clock in. They replaced the mechanism to get it to work again. They did it within a couple of days. I was going to the hospital the following week so they rushed on the job so that I could pick it up before I had the baby. It costed me $30. I will surely use them again.

Job went very well. They stayed late on a Saturday so I could bring the clock in. They were punctual and did good work, as far as I can tell. I have no way to compare the cost since we had never had the clock serviced before. They're out of the way. Make sure you ask for directions before going.

It was an awkward location to find, but the work was well done. The clock is on time and chiming again. They were very friendly folks. The work was completed within the time expected, and they gave a clear explanation of what was done and how to care for it in the future.

HOMESTEAD CAME TO MY RESIDENCE, PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE FOR REPAIR, TOOK THE CLOCK WITH THEM AND RETURNED ON THE DATE PROMISED. I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THEM.

IT NEEDED CLEANING AND SOME REPAIR WORK. THE REPAIR MAN WAS VERY COURTEOUS. THE CLOCK HAS BEEN WORKING GREAT SINCE THE REPAIR WORK.
