 + -1 moreIt may have gone ok had they actually followed through. We had an appointment set and confirmed 2 hours prior on the day of. And then they canceled 30mins before they were supposed to show up. I mean I supposed its always hard to contact your contractor, but if it starts like that then you know how it's going to continue. I will say they said that they had to take perfect care of their current customers. But in my defense, I did ask if they would have time for us and they assured me that the were able to take on the work. So I was disappointed; our time is important too.
