"We had two project managers over seeing this project and were in constant communications with this client and visited to inspect progress on a daily basis. We did have an issue with a sub contractors work and we quickly rectified the situation to the clients satisfaction. There were changes throughout the project which did add to the completion time and overall we considered this client to be happy and very satisfied with the work we performed and the final outcome was wonderful! We are surprised to say the least about the rating and did try several times to contact the client after we reviewed their rating, but we had never heard back from them?"

"This project was a kitchen remodel and it looks beautiful which is not mentioned. The floors chosen was a new style porcelain plank that simulates wood flooring and the client was made aware that it would not be laying flat as a standard tile. After installation of the flooring, she was unhappy with some corners of the tile raised so on several occasions and in several areas, we removed the tiles and reinstalled to try and correct the uneven tiles, but we're unsuccessful due to the design and style of the type of tile. They are designed to look rustic so all four corners were not able to lay flat. We will help as she needs, she seemed happy?"
