+ -1 moreBen was very polite throughout the process, beginning with the first call to receive a quote. He gave me a 2 hour time frame but said they would most likely arrive towards the end of that time frame since they were doing another move before us. I called at the end of our time frame to check their progress and he said their ETA was ''a minute and a half''. A minute and a half later, they were here. Took great care with all furniture, even stuff we didn't care about, and were very fast. The only noticeable damage was some scratches to our wood floor, which was OK since the service was so good. Gave me the military 20% discount even though I'm not in the military when I mentioned who recommended them. Good prices even without discount. Hard-working, polite, English-speaking, and even humorous workers (one guy pretended he couldn't lift a box, nearly convincing us). Highly recommended! We added a $60 tip to our $455 bill. Moving tip - label the SIDES of your boxes, not the TOPS.
Description of Work: Moved us from a 1 story 2 bedroom house to a 1 story 3 bedroom house less than one mile apart. We had living room, guest bed, master bed, dining, and study furniture + about 75 boxes + clothes on hangers + 2 bikes and a few other garage items. Price is quoted by number of items moved. Upon arrival, any additional items will be added to the bill. Bed was disassembled and re-assembled.
