They were disorganized, not always timely and didn't clean up well. They didn't finish the work as promised. I will never use them again. I feel it was a rip off.
Description of Work: They remodeled my kitchen. They put in counters, cabinets and appliances.

As we discussed with the sales representative at Home Depot, we needed this project done promptly. Instead, we have had to pay two extra months of rent. We hope to be able to move into our duplex at the end of this month, but are not overly optimistic. If we had known about the delays, we would have purchased our cabinets elsewhere.
Description of Work: Home Depot delivered custom designed cabinets for our duplex. From ordering to delivery of the cabinets, the process took almost two months longer than we were told. In fact, we repeatedly told various customer representatives and visited the store (when we couldn't reach the representatives by phone) to find out the cause of the various delays. When one of the cabinets appeared damaged, they did take it back without any complaint and promised to replace it. Unfortunately, we are still waiting for the replaced part and keep getting a run around between departments and sub-contractors from Home Depot who are supposed to do the installation.

THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. WILLING TO EXPLAIN HOW TO WORK THE RIG IN CASE WE WERE UNSURE.
Description of Work: RENTED SPRAY RIGS. WE RENTED A SPRAY RIG THAT WAS NEEDED FOR A JOB. OURS WAS IN FOR REPAIRS.
