Excellent. We had tons of minor and not so minor problems with the entertainment system that had been plaguing us ever since it was installed. The seem to have re-configured it so that it has a very solid foundation for functioning. Further, I was convinced we had evil internet fairies living in our house! The problems we were having were so mysterious that multiple people, very knowledgeable in such matters, couldn't figure out the problem. Daniel, from Home Cinema and Sound, was quite dedicated in figuring it out and fixing it- which he eventually did! We haven't had problems with either our home theater system or our wireless internet system after they finished their work.

There have been three service calls from the company to get the job finished. I have had the privilege of meeting all 6 of their technicians and Mike, their manager. I have been so impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. When I have made appointments, they show up on time. Everyone has been just great. Highly recommended!

I loved these guys. They actually showed up five minutes early. First, they fixed the mess Dish Network had made of my TVs. Then they installed my system. It took a total of two days, but the guys were always neat, courteous and friendly. After they were done, they took the time to explain it to me and show me how to use it. It was as easy as the salesman said it would be! We had one small problem a couple of days later, but they came out THE SAME DAY abd fixed it! I would recommend Home Cinema and Sound to anyone, even my 70+ year old parents.
