It was great. They are very attentive. They take me home and pick me up when my car is ready.

They were superb. They were very good with their diagnosis. I lot of mechanics give good news but you would be surprised because they end up doing something. Highlands were upfront and tells you what they are going to do. They give you multiple options to improve the feature of your car. I never had a surprise from them and they work very well. The mechanics are honest.

Great. It is so difficult to find a mechanic that you can trust and I am so lucky to have found Hussein, Pat and the other members of the team at Highlands Auto Center. They were in my neighborhood so I very sheepishly decided to try them out as I have been burned by many unreferred mechanics but these guys have turned out to be top notch. They do a great job at diagnosing the problem for free in most cases (unless they have to spend awhile tearing into the vehicle then they might have to charge you a diagnostic fee - for me it was $25 for probably 2 hours worth of work which was more than worth it. They are fast at the work they do and they don't try to sell you something you don't need. Believe me. I have two vehicles with over 130,000 miles each and they didn't try to sell me on anything other than was the problem I was bringing them in for. Also offered to take me back home if I need a ride to drop off the car or take me to work or pick me up. They also do a good job of shopping around to get you the best price for parts even if it means them going across town to pick up the part. I hope to be using Highlands for a long time to come. They also have extended hours - 7 - 7 weekdays and are open Saturday and Sunday - Real Jewel.
