They do NOT collect sales tax like professional estate sales companies do - first sign of DANGER. They ONLY collect cash and checks made out to her, not the company. How much of this does not go to the estate owner? Customer facing owner is RUDE and she regularly changes the price AT CHECKOUT if she does not like the price one of HER employees gave you and even wrote down on a ticket! Initial prices are quite high.
