The work we requested was performed as we expected, however, this provider decided they no longer wanted to service McKinney, and cancelled us. They are definitely more expensive than any other lawn service I have used. The stone wall around the flower beds is very pretty, but cracked within the first year. They did come out and repair it on June 30, for no charge, after two requests. The lack of professionalism with the way they handled their decision to quit servicing McKinney, an email the day after I called to restart spring mowing, was frustrating. I have found a new service provider who performs all the same services for just under 25% less than I paid to High Quality.

Mike and his team are extraordinary landscape professionals. They handle every request with a smile and do extremely high-quality, affordable work on my lawn. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were OK, nothing creative. They were just what they do, mow, blow and go. There was nothing creative, just your regular maintenance company. They were way too expensive.
