Dr. Hibbs and his staff are fantastic, kind, and caring. I trust his expertise, and I know I will always get personal attention and quality care during every visit. I love that they send me appointment reminders by text message, and I have never had to wait to be seen.

I've seen Him December of last year. I get some cleaning from Him. He just check to make sure everything's okay and that's all I really require because I don't have any issues to deal with. I really like his staff. They're very friendly and very welcome. They're very comfortable and they're very up-front. I can communicate with them very well and they accepted my personality.

Our last appointment was for cleaning, but we have been going to Dr. Hibbs for years.  My husband and I started going to his office before we had kids.  Once we had children, we started bringing them as well.  He doesn't have the toys and kid decor of other pediatric dentists, but my kids genuinely like Dr. Hibbs.  There's no reason to go elsewhere.

He is great, top of the line. He even does emergency care. He is very meticulous on caps and crowns, things that are cosmetic. I have been seeing him for about 4 years now. He explains everything and forecasts what you could expect to come in the future. The last visit I was there, the entire cap fell off my tooth. He created a new one and put it in. It was not his original work, it was someone else's work. He has amazing chair side manner. Easy to park there, great, friendly response from the staff, the office is very pretty. Coffee is available, television and magazines. And you never have to wait!

He is on our dental insurance plan, he's convenient to my wife's work location and they are fairly on time. There is nothing outstanding about it, but there is nothing that has turned us away. It's satisfactory, but not astonishing. I've had an issue with a tooth that he's told me about for 6 years, but he hasn't pushed me to get anything done so he's laid back with his recommendations. You get the feeling that it's a no pressure office.

I've seen Dr. Hibbs for preventative dental care for several years after being referred by a friend who'd seen him for a fairly complicated root canal. Things are always running on time, and I don't believe I've ever sat in the waiting room for more than 1 minute. The hygienist that I see is very friendly and always asks to be sure that I'm as comfortable as possible. Since my care is preventative/routine, I usually only see Dr. Hibbs for a few minutes at the end of appointments but it never feels rushed. He can sometimes drift into overly personal conversation, but I'm not so bothered by it that I'd consider leaving the practice. The location is very convenient, parking is never a problem, and the staff are great.
