Description of Work: My closing was scheduled for 9:00 a.m. and I was to have keys to my new house before noon. I did not receive keys until almost 6p.m. Their inefficiency in preparing documents on a timely basis was outrageously unprofessional. My movers had my house loaded delivered to the new house and sat in their truck for over six hours waiting on my realtor, who was at no fault, to deliver key to new house. It got to the point where moving company had to have their truck back for their last scheduled move of the day, which they were terribly late for. I had to rent a large u haul truck, back it up to the moving truck and transfer all of my household belongings out of the moving company truck into the uhaul truck. Between all of the downtime I had to pay the movers and the cost if the uhaul, my move cost me more than $1,200 more than planned. This company ruined what should have been a great day for my family and never once offered a reasonable explanation, an apology, or a refund of the extra costs I incurred. | |Would never, ever use this company again and would never wish this experience on anyone, so no, I not only would not use this company again, I would strongly urge anyone looking for a title company to keep searching.

I never received a phone call or email from them after submitting my request via Angie's List. | |I did, however, receive great service from Republic Title of Texas and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of title services.
