It was my first time to use them. It was expensive. I wasn't happy with them. I used them way too long. I think they ripped me off. Basically they could have been responsive. They were very rude. They would call and leave a message that it was time for maintenance and I might call them back 2 or 3 days later, and they kind of chastise me for waiting 2 or 3 days to call them back. They are overpriced and they try to sell me things that I don't need. I think there are a lot of heating and air conditioning scammers.

They were through American Home Shield, so there was no charge. |I did request them on more than one occasion, but I really don't remember the details(punctuality, responsiveness, etc.), just that I would request them again.

I had trouble getting cooling after a rehab in a rental home I bought. I called Hedricks and they diagnosed and gave me all my options from a fix job to a full replacement and they let me decide. I decided to replace and they did the work in a timely manner. I had a small problem cooling afterwards and they came back immediately and fine tuned the system at no extra charge. I love Hedricks!

We have a contract with them. We’ve used them so long that we know all the guys they send out and they seem to know us. We have always gotten very personal attention. We've had the owner out to fix something that needed to be fixed immediately and he didn't have any one else to send. The work is not cheap but it is a value for the money. We will absolutely continue to use them.
