Description of Work: Inspected gas starter on fireplace and determined that air was in the line. Cleared the air out of the line and successfully started it. Adjusted flame. They were very knowledgeable and came out on a holiday week. We learned to keep the pilot light on year around to avoid this problem & reduce the chance of other maintenance issues.
