Architect Service
We had hired Haven Hub to complete some work in our front and back yard earlier this year. Per our HOA, we had to come up with a plan and get it approved by our HOA which took a while. However, Haven Hub essentially bailed on us after the plans were approved with NO COMMUNICATION to us, despite us having a contract with them. It's one thing to not want to work with a nitpicky HOA, but DO NOT LEAVE THE CUSTOMER HIGH AND DRY!!! If you are no longer able to satisfy the terms of the contract, SAY SO!

If you're hiring Haven Hub, do yourself a favor and ask for Ken Forsyth. I recently completed a major outdoor project with Ken and his crew, and the results were beyond anything I imagined. Yes, we hit a bump early on—but Ken took full ownership, kept communication clear, and made it right without hesitation. That kind of leadership is rare. What stood out even more was how personally invested he was. You can tell he genuinely cares—not just about the project, but about people. The finished work was clean, detailed, and better than expected. The site was left immaculate. Ken turned a good crew into a great one, and it’s clear he's found his calling. If you want someone who shows up, stands by his word, and delivers excellence—Ken’s your guy. He made a believer out of me, and I’d hire him again in a heartbeat. This is the kind of service people hope for but rarely find.
