I wanted flat walls and have over textured walls skim coated. Mike was responsive, prompt, skillful and fair. The work is outstanding and has saved me a huge headache! Drywall knife work is an art form and they have it perfected.

After further review of Mike's work, I have to lower this rating because I have had to hire additional contractors to correct the work that he completed. He appeared to be knowledgeable when providing an estimate. He did not clean after completion which caused me to pay additional money for a cleaning service that could not remove all of the paint and dust he left behind. When I contacted him, he offered to pay half of the cleaning fees. Cleaning should have been included. He also offered to correct his mistakes but I declined. The project was already two days overdue and there was too much to correct (paint drips on the walls, missed cracks, stress cracks and areas where sheetrock should have been replaced instead of patched). Overall, he was a nice person but I was overcharged and will not recommend his services.

Michael did a wonderful job, did everything I needed to have done and more. Quoted 4 days for the job, but was done in 3. I was on a limited time frame so getting done early was truly appreciated. Would recommend him to anyone needing renovating work done

Michael did such an excellent job I have had 4 people asking for his number. He was on time flexible and did a magnificent job. Not just a good job, but a magnificent job. I have him coming out again soon to do some more work. I would highly recommend him, he is an excellent contractor.
