- I will get other quotes from other companies before I shell out $150 just to have them come and look at it.
- ADDITIONALLY: I left my phone number, my expectation is that a company would try to CALL ME rather than send an email telling mew I first have to pay $150 for their sub-standard installation.
- Steer clear.

They stood us up for 3 appointments. We would have to call them and inquire as to what happened and they always had an excuse. Even stood us up after making a special appointment to pick out the granite.
Sales pitch sounds great but that's where it stops. We were told they would use special (expensive) laser equipment to guarantee perfect fit. When they came out to measure they said they didn't need any equipment--ours was an easy job. They used a tape measure and piece of paper.
After being stood up for the 3rd time we did not use these people--of course we should have written them off after the first time. When we did hire another contractor, it quickly became obvious that the measurements (and lack of templates) taken by Hardrock were totally inadequate and our countertops would not have fit properly.
I think we were very fortunate that we did not use these people. I would not recommend them for anything.
