I bought the Big Deal for 2 hrs work for $75 - it was a great bargain. Setting up the appt was easy, the workman came, performed his work and left. I had a question later about the work done - didn't like the answer I got from the repairman. So I called the office, they sent out another repairman who was going to take the faucet out, take back to the store and get a new one, and reinstall it. I remembered a friend had bought the same faucet so I called him and he confirmed that his faucet worked the same way as mine did - it was not the installation or even a defect in the the faucet - it was just the way it worked. I think the company went above and beyond what they had to do - they did it to make me satisfied with their work and I appreciate that. The office was especially courteous. I would definitely use them again.

I call him whenever I need something done. He is very friendly. You can walk out the door and trust him. He is very helpful and he is very nice. He has replaced a sink and switched the controls for the sprinkler system. He hooked up a refrigerator for me. He is a very good handyman.
