Handy Pros

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!! Complete SHAM and shame on Angi for not vetting this person better. Handy Pro is actually a kid named Nathan P who subcontracts out the work. I paid for the work and sent specific description of what needed to be done. I eventually talked to a man named Rusty who never showed up to complete the job. When I eventually talked to him, he said he installs windows but doesn't clean them. He said he got a call from some kid who gave him this job and was told he would get a cut. He had never met Nathan and wouldn't do the work. When I called Angi to complain, I was transferred to someone from India who didn't speak English. When I called back, I was transferred to someone from Home Advisor, who distanced himself from Angi and eventually transferred me to someone else. In fact, I'm still on terminal hold waiting to speak to someone as I write this review. When I attempted to leave a negative review on the App, it was conveniently rejected saying there was a problem with the internet connection. I just sold the 250 shares of Angi Stock I owned and will not be doing business with Angi ever again. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE !!!!

. I love the girl who takes the appointments. She is friendly, wonderful, and definitely responsive.  She will get back to you, if you leave a message or  if she does not know the answer to your questions.  I specifically use the handyman Jerry and he goes above and beyond professional cleanup.  He is awesome.  I will work with them in the future.

They seemed to know what they were doing, but when you look at the work it is poor workmanship. The shower valve was installed incorrectly and the valve cover doesn't fit correctly, and they left it like this and said it was complete. One side was screwed down and the other wasn't, and all that was holding it in was a piece of tape. Electrical wires were left hanging, on the ceiling the light and fan were left without covers, the toilet wasn't bolted, the plumbing was poor as well, it looks like they used old parts. They were suppose to replace the switches with new switches, but they left the old switches and installed new wall plates. For the drywall you can see the tape. I have tried to get them to fix their mistakes, and they just made it worse. They modified the shower beneath valve plate and they cracked the valve plate which is now visible. I went into the room to take pictures and water is leaking into the stairwell behind the bathroom. The floor sounds like a wet carpet when I step on the floor. I have called them to inform about the leaking and they said I should have shut off the water. I called a plumber who said they used the wrong material. They also took off a door in my garage and the but didn't secure the hinges when they replaced. When I opened the door it almost fell off. For the floor they should have leveled the floor, but they said the ran out of leveling mix, but they laid the floor anyway. Now the floor has dips. They charged to pick up materials which wasn't in the contract. They overcharged me, but haven't given me all the receipts to show why I was overcharged. Overall, they did a shoddy job. They left all their trash in the garage. They lied about their relationship with Angie's List.
