HE WAS REALLY NICE AND SPENT A LOT OF TIME TRYING TO FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM. HE SPENT A LOT OF TIME AND PUT FORTH A LOT OF EFFORT. HE HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 40 YEARS.
