Everything went very smoothly.

They did a great job. The technicians showed up when they said they would and did the exact job that I had hired them to do.

It was fine but they do not do repairs on gutter only replacement. Wish they had come to take a look because, I know, I need replacement on some, but they do not fix any loose guttering so this deal would not work for me so they told me.

They installed the complete system, and one long section was bent. They agreed to take care of the section that was bent. They were installed incorrectly (too low, and NOT sloped correctly). Because they were installed too low, the silver drip edge was exposed and they charged EXTRA to cover it with a different drip edge that matched the gutter. That was a disaster. They leaked, and didn't drain properly. They blamed the problem on my facia being crooked. After the tornado in May (the gutters had been up approximately ONE month), I sent an e-mail telling them I had damage to three of the four sides of the house, and basically need the complete gutter system rebuilt. I received NO response. A couple of days later, I CALLED, and told them the same thing. I needed them to take care of the bent section, and rebuild the rest of the house. This part was covered under insurance, not warranty. I only wanted THEM to take care of the original section under warranty. Remember, these gutters had a LIFETIME WARRANTY. They were COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE. They never returned my calls, nor my e-mails.
I have pictures I sent them, and copies of the e-mail correspondence.
Because of the unprofessional manner they installed the gutters, all the drip edge was ruined, and needed to be replaced. All of the GutterMaxx gutters have now been removed, and I am awaiting a different company to install my new gutters.

They did a great job of installing the gutters and after several days of rainfall they work great.

This site is a piece of crap.  The listing says Guttermaxx does "repair and replacement".  After waiting a week for an appointment, some jerk from the company called me the evening before the appointment to make sure that I knew that they only do custom gutters, and they don't do repairs at all.  They wouldn't even come out to remove the damaged gutter that is tearing up the back of the house.  They are a total ripoff.  I hope I can figure out some way to get my $99 back.

The gutters they were going to replace were a wonderful product. They found me financing to get the work done. However, it was professional grade and I could not deal with the debt. They were wonderful. I spoke with the president. He helped me arrange the financing but I did not want to take on the debt. They offer professional wider gutters that look like a great product. Overall, the interaction was great. I wish it was not quite as expensive. It was overkill for my home. They were professional, timely, and followed up. They actually arranged the financing through their institute and approved me immediately. I just could not do it at this time.

When I initially contacted Guttermax the lady on the phone kept insisting my husband be home and attend the appointment.  Due to my husband's schedule he is not always available and he is confident in my capabilities to understand gutters systems to make a decision on our behalf. 
The salesman did arrive on time however, once he showed up he did not want to do much (unless my husband was home).  This was starting to get insulting.  I asked him to please show me his product anyways.  After hearing his 30 minutes spilled I was completely sold on the Guttermaxx product.  Once his demonstration was complete, he proceeded to give me his card.  He acted like he did not want to bother measuring my house to give a quote unless my husband was available.  I went ahead and nicely asked for him to go ahead and give me a quote anyways which to his credit he did but only after I flat out asked him to do so. 
While I can understand the reason of having both homeowners present, in my case it was not doable.    Long story short, it was a very frustrating and insulting experience.  I wondered if I told them I was single if they would have gone ahead and worked with me anyways.  Because of this, they have lost my business.

My experience with them went very good. I thought that they were very professional and that they did a really good job. Their price was pretty high.

They had an in house sales demonstration. They had a good product, so we went ahead and went with them.

Sales call was initiated by homeowner. Product was what we were looking for. Price was more than we had initially chose to spend but we were comfortable with the price after some deliberation. All works was done in a timely manner. Crew was very professional.

Their price was reasonable. They came right out.

Everything went wonderfully. The gutters have a cap on them, and they come with a lifetime warranty. They were kind of expensive, but it was absolutely worth it because I never have to clean gutters again! They cleaned up everything thoroughly, and they have been back twice to assure everything turned out well. I was very happy with them and would definitely use them again.

I did a lot of research on the product and I love them. However, the quality of work and professionalism of this company was terrible. In the beginning, the sales representative said that they would send out two crews to get the job done fast. Well, it ended up taking 4 days and they only sent two men out to do the job. They didn't clean up after they were done; we are still picking up the nails in our yard. Plus for the work that was done, I thought their rates were highly overpriced.

The price was too high, and I felt pressured into signing the work order. The company was very nice about cancelling the contract. We ended up having this company's major competitor do the work.

WE HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH OUR GUTTERMAXX GUTTERS. WE INSTALLED THEM ON THE BACK OF THE HOUSE TO TRY THEM OUT. WE WERE SO PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS THAT HAD THEM DO THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE AS WELL.

THERE WERE 4-5 WORKERS, PROMPT, COURTEOUS. WORKED TEN HOURS STRAIGHT.
