In short he was able to convince me to let them install the product . And he seems like he would never accept.a no for an answer . He was able to let me agree to a price where we could meet and he didnt actually let me compare / research the product company comparisons . (We will see why later in the story) so i was convince to sign the contract and as i got to my apt i right away looked on some of the reviews made for them by their clients , i felt frightened after ive read about the reviews like one of them even state that if you saw their reps" run away"...so i didnt see any positve write ups.for this company and i felt bad for myself that i responded to their call afterwards .The rep gave me a 1 month free trial . But there is a catch there , you only have 3 days to test whether you want the product to stay or not and at that very short time your refusal letter must reach their company in a different US state on time or else they are yours until the end of the contract . I was able to send the company a refusal letter on time but they were able to get me back to the contract again cause i was able to let them agree with my requests . I shortened the contract agreement to only 2 yrs instead of 3yrs . Before the free trial ends i experience a problem on the alarm control i contacted the rep and he responded once . And i even told him that my phone bill got an increase of $30 after i had their alarm system.He said he would.look into that .
