GRILL DOCTOR

I was very pleased with the service I received from the Grill Doctor. They gave me a prompt appointment and they arrived right on time. This was definitely better than the Grill Cleaners who never returned my phone calls at all. Brandon did a great job of cleaning our grill inside and out. He taught me some things about our grill I didn't know. He even shared some grilling tricks and recipes with me. Brandon was very knowledgeable in grills. I will definitely be using them again. Thanks Brandon for my clean grill. Can't wait to use it this weekend!!

I could not have been happier with the work that was done. Will definitely use them again.

l Got these guys to do repair work, cost $150 just to show up, quoted $400
for top to bottom restoration of my girlfriends Falcon gas grill that
she was sentimentally attached to. So I paid these guys and was very
happy until today 1-16-2014 the second time we fired it up, when the
grill fell over. Could understand them not seeing the problem with
concrete but not the other damage underneath that made another repair
impossible, even though they painted over that. A costly birthday
present currently sitting out for the trash.

It went very well in every way.

Very orompt (In fact a few minutes earlier). they were extremely courteous and orofessonal. Very pleased with their service,. I hilly recommend the Grill Doctor and would definitely call them in e future.

I ordered this company to come do a grill cleaning for a real estate client of my husband's brokerage. I called the number listed for them and left a message on an answering machine. Four days later I received a return call. I scheduled the cleaning. The crew of 2 men arrived on time. The gentleman working on the grill easily diagnosed the non-working igniters as loose connections and had them working immediately. He then proceeded to clean the grill. During that time I asked that he check the interior light bulbs that were not working. In the process of working on them, he broke the glass light cover. He quickly told me about the situation. The second gentleman who appeared to the owner said he would pay to replace it, but it needs to be special ordered at the cost of $100 to him. He said he could not order the part that day b/c he needed to be set up as a vendor with the manufacturer. He stated that they would call me in 5 days when the part came in. The cleaner crewperson finished his work and took payment for the cleaning service provided. When I had not heard from them 5 days later, I called for an update. I had to leave a message which was returned by a woman. She gave me some excuse as to why the part was not here, but that it was shipping that week. I called the following week when I had still not heard from them. I left a message and continued to leave messages for 2 weeks without a return call. I finally gave up and called another company to fix the damage this company did to the grill (leaving me to pay for the damaged they caused!).

Very good service at a low cost

Late in an afternoon, I used my gas grill and, upon completion of my task, I discovered that the shut off valve to the system was permanently stuck in the "on" position. I called The Grill Doctor after 5 p.m. and was told that the owner would call me back when he returned from his current run. At that time, I learned that the named store I had purchased my grill at many, many years ago had closed, but that it's owner still provided services. When the owner returned home at dinner time and learned of my quantry, he immediately drove to my house with his wife and apprentice in tow. After turning off my gas line, he ordered a part and returned the next morning to both repair and completely clean my grill. If I ever need to replace or repair my grill again, the Grill Doctor will be my only call. I was extremely impressed with his service, price and professionalism.

They were really great. They told me a lot of things that I did not know about that were very helpful. They were more knowledgeable and I was quite impressed by that. The service workers were very nice and that is very important to me.

Scheduling installation a problem because no one returns calls at this place. Installation was scheduled three times before it actually happened, always the vendor's problem. Installers were polite and competent, but brought the wrong grill cover. It took over a week and several calls before I could pick up the right cover for the grill. Again, because no one returns calls at this place.
