We clean and repair all makes of grills, as well as gas logs, gas lights and fireplaces. Most service calls are $200 - $250, which includes labor for cleaning and repair. Parts are additional and estimates are provided free of charge for larger projects.

for top to bottom restoration of my girlfriends Falcon gas grill that
she was sentimentally attached to. So I paid these guys and was very
happy until today 1-16-2014 the second time we fired it up, when the
grill fell over. Could understand them not seeing the problem with
concrete but not the other damage underneath that made another repair
impossible, even though they painted over that. A costly birthday
present currently sitting out for the trash.
I ordered this company to come do a grill cleaning for a real estate client of my husband's brokerage. I called the number listed for them and left a message on an answering machine. Four days later I received a return call. I scheduled the cleaning. The crew of 2 men arrived on time. The gentleman working on the grill easily diagnosed the non-working igniters as loose connections and had them working immediately. He then proceeded to clean the grill. During that time I asked that he check the interior light bulbs that were not working. In the process of working on them, he broke the glass light cover. He quickly told me about the situation. The second gentleman who appeared to the owner said he would pay to replace it, but it needs to be special ordered at the cost of $100 to him. He said he could not order the part that day b/c he needed to be set up as a vendor with the manufacturer. He stated that they would call me in 5 days when the part came in. The cleaner crewperson finished his work and took payment for the cleaning service provided. When I had not heard from them 5 days later, I called for an update. I had to leave a message which was returned by a woman. She gave me some excuse as to why the part was not here, but that it was shipping that week. I called the following week when I had still not heard from them. I left a message and continued to leave messages for 2 weeks without a return call. I finally gave up and called another company to fix the damage this company did to the grill (leaving me to pay for the damaged they caused!).
