I wasn't onsite for the inspection but the saleswoman was courteous, and knowledgeable. I only had 1 minor issue; i never received my confirmation text/call to confirm the date and time of the inspection. I wasnt upset because the home was empty and there was no inconvenience for me.

I purchased a voucher for a house inspection with the intent of using the for a new house I had put a deposit to purchase. It was a special deal on Angie's List. Unfortunately, the home inspection found some foundational deficiencies that the builder did not want to address so I exercised my option and walked away from the contract. Being new to Angie's List, I had called the company for a refund. I spoke to Harmony who proceeded to offer my a refund immediately. Wow...no debate, no argument. I was impressed. Through discussion, I learned that I technically should go through Angie's List. Wanting to do the right thing, I halted the refund request and thanked her for her time. She then said call her if I had any problem. I am so thankful for having met Harmony and finding the high caliber of company on Angie's List. I will definitely reach out to the company again.

Paul Luedecke was our inspector of the property from Dallas Green Works. He arrived on time, appeared very professional and clean, was friendly and performed a very thorough job. We were there all the time while he was inspecting and he kept us well informed periodically throughout the inspection of the items that he found that were good and also items that needed to be brought to our attention that were not so good about the property. He took the time to explain everything, was patient and pleasant with us at all times. Paul went the extra mile in getting the inspection report to us that same night so that we could meet a tight deadline. We would highly recommend Paul for anyone that needs a professional home inspection.

Christine was great! She never stopped moving and checking things for 4 full hours. The next day I received a very detailed 40-page report. When I got nervous about some of the deficiencies it highlighted, Christine made time after hours to talk through my concerns and make sure I clearly understood the findings. I would definitely hire Christine for any future inspection needs.

The company reported having this problem before with Angie's list and thought the problem was solved. They are not a structural engineer and do not provide this service!

Mike was on time, did an efficient inspection in 4 hours with friendly approach answering my questions. Price was very good since it included foundation measurements. Report was also good in quality w enough pictures

Company on time and accommodating as far as time and changes that I requested. For people looking to have a home inspected prior to a purchase, I would recommend this company.

We set up an regular Inspection with the foundation measurement. Then we wanted to add a termite inspection. My husband called and just asked what does the termite inspection entail. He was speaking with Harmony and she couldn't answer the questions. We had basic questions that could not be answered and Harmony got very defensive and out right RUDE to my husband. If you can't answer the question, then be nice to the customer and get someone that can. I suggested that she get someone to call us back to answer our questions but decided to cancel and went with someone else! After much research, what matters most in an inspection is someone with knowledge & years of experience not a bunch of fancy tools. First Point of Contact from Company was VERY POOR Customer Service.

Christine was absolutely amazing! She was prompt, professional, incredibly thorough and a true delight to work with. This was our second time to work with Christine and we couldn't imagine using anyone else.

The inspector arrived on time and did a thorough house inspection. The inspector answered my questions and provided me a detailed inspection with pictures.

The Inspector came out and was turned away by what turned out to be a crazy home owner. After rescheduling they came out again and in spite of the actions of this horrible person, the provider was professional and courteous and even worked hyper-efficiently in an effort to pacify the home owner. Definitely a great company.

Paul came in earlier than our scheduled time. He started working right away and spent 3 hours inspecting everything. After the inspection was done, he went over some of the deficiencies of the home. He answered all my questions and seems to be very knowledgeable. I received the inspection report in less than 24 hours. Very pleased with Dallas Green Works service.

Christine did a fabulous job. She was very through and investigated everything from the attic to the foundation. She also went over the report with us and gave us ideas of which problems were the most immediate/major. We were able to use her report to put together a list of repairs to give to the seller. Because she was so thorough and provided pictures, we were able to make a successful argument and got the seller to make most of the repairs we'd wanted.

The inspection was great! Did a great job and found things I didn't see. We did not purchase the home. Best money spent. Paul showed us thing that was going to cost allot of money. Whew! Dodged that big mistake. We used Dallas Green Works for the home we finally did purchase. Please folks, never purchase a home without an inspection. These folks did a great job!

This was our second time using Dallas Green Works. Paul saved us a bundle as we decided not to purchase the first home. The second house was much better. Christine was our inspector. We came over to the home as the inspection was being conducted. The seller mentioned how involved the inspection was. We stayed and talked with the seller for about 2 hours and Christine was still at it. That evening, we contacted Christine and she mentioned how well the house was maintained and whomever installed the AC did a great job. We purchased the home and been living in it for 1 month. We agree with Christine, this house has been very well maintained and we're glad we purchased. What a relief it was to hear this home didn't have any major problems... Piece of mind I call it!

He did a great job. Because this was a new home, I thought everything should me good, but he found a major gas leak, roof that the worker messed up, insulation that was missing, plugs that didn't work,. And a few other area that the builder had to repair . This was a 500,000 dollar home with many builder sloppy work,. With Green Work Inspector , they did a great job of finding them, Great work

Overall, the inspection went wonderfully (not that the house passed with flying colors). My inspector was very detailed in the items we discussed and even mentioned a few things that we were not aware of. He even provided a "To Do" list for each week, month, semi-annually, and annually maintenance to keep things up and in good shape. The report was long to read, but after speaking with him at the inspection - nothing in the report was "news" to us. Great Job!!!!
