Green Leaf Professional Tree Trimming

Santiago agreed to do the job and said he was starting on the next day. No show. That repeated 2 more times. Finally showed up the next week. We had a detailed discussion regarding the work to be done: stump removal, grinding of remaining roots. He agreed. He did remove the stump but left the assocIated roots. We called him back to have him come complete the job. He hung up mid-conversation. Note: our tone was very calm, no reason to ever hang up on someone mid conversation. Did not return subsequent calls.

Green leaf was amazing! We called to get an estimate for a house we had just bought, and the owner came over that afternoon and provided a quote. He told us one of our trees should be cut down because it wasn't in good shape and branches would start breaking off (one already had!). Plus, we had two other trees that required trimming. The quote was reasonable (and included the disposal of the tree / branches), and we asked when his team was available. They came the next morning (!) and were finished by noon. All the workers were professional, respectful, and careful with our trees and our house. We have already called them again, this time to provide an estimate for a sprinkler system. We love Green Leaf!!

This was one of those jobs that you look back on and go and quot;wow, this was a great dealand quot;! No issues at all...by the way, I beleive they did my last house I lived in a coujple of miles away a few years ago (before i joined Angies List) with the same experience!

The workers at Green Leaf Professional Tree Trimming are very excellent. They came when they said they were going to come and they did what they said they were going to do and the trees are awesome. They clean up afterwards.

Not a good sign when you call the number on the card that was stuck under your front door and he answers, "Yeah?" - no mention of the business name. Downhill from there: after asking for quotes to plant a new tree in my front yard, he asked questions that showed that he obviously didn't understand my request (i.e. what size was the tree? how big was the tree? I didn't have it yet - I was calling him about getting one for me) . After being told by Mr. Bustos that I didn't understand what HE was saying and being told that I was just repeating him (I was trying to clarify our conversation), he abruptly hung up on me. Extremely unpleasant experience. Note: I believe Mr. Bustos also works under the name, "GreenLand Landscaping"
