Worst expertise and craftsmanship imaginable. The framer could not pass the rough out inspection from City of Allen TX. The work was finished using another contractor. Same for electrical, plumbing and HVAC all work was poor in quality and materials were inferior. The framers ripped off the house's existing roof and left it open for over 3 weeks with no cover or shingles installed. it rained for 2 straight days and ruined the existing house sheetrock and household family furnishings in 5 rooms. To top it all off the contractors walked off job when they realized they had left the roof open and were liable for the cleanup and replacement of damaged goods. It cost $35,000 to remove the water, dry the walls, replace the hardwood flooring and carpets, sheetrock new walls, replace all electrical fans, lighting and fixtures as well as replace 4 rooms of carpeting. Additionally all mattresses had to be replaced, the LCD TV and surround sound system was drenched and destroyed by falling sheetrock. Finally the whole attic and walls insulation had to be replaced for 1500 sf of the house.
Description of Work: HVAC,Electrical, framing, plumbing and roofing on 800 SF home addition. The company ripped off the old roof and framing and let it stay open to the elements while it rained.
