Granite Galore And More

Jeff was prompt on calling us to start the job. We had him come out at first to do a framless showr glass about 8 months ago. During that conversation we mentioned that we might do the shower later. He recomended for us to not replace glass yet then. He said if we later were going to redo the shower then his glass would have to be replaced again (Three other companies came out and did not tell us that). So we used him to do the total remodel. He was out at the job almost everyday to work with his crews. There were several issues during the install damage behind the wall from previous leaks, bad flange on toilet, and gfci outlets not wired correctly. When he found any issue that was un-forseen he contacted us and gave us the options to fix them. He refused to do anything that was substandard. When picking any of the materials from colors for wood to stone selections he would walk the suppliers showrooms and not rush us at all. No pressure at all. One of his installers did get our carpet dirty because of a dirty drop cloth that they put on the floor and he had that room steam cleaned. Thru out the process when there was a situation that occured he was very calm and relaxed no matter how frazzled I was at the time. He would just say don't worry we will address the issue and smile. I know I was not easy to work with but nothing phased him and when it was done it was beautiful. It is a shame we are doing this to move out of the house.

Went very smoothly. He had no pressure at all, he let us take our time on decisions. My wife would pick out a item or product and he would tell us if we were over spending (Cause we were selling the house). We put wood flooring in the living room, kitchen, hall, and dining room. We also had them paint the interior (including the cabinets) and exterior. We had them totally redo the master bath so it was updated (shower, granite countertops, and lighting. They also worked on replacing doors (front and three interior).  Jeff was very easy to work with thru the whole process. There was issues that occurred  during the install that were not expected (rotten studs behind shower wall, rotten wall under window seat from windows, etc.). When those issues came up Jeff made sure we saw and understood any extra charges. His communication  was frequent and timely. We always knew what was happening on the job. The customer service was great. We did get two other bids one was higher and one was lower. But we are very happy that we went with this company. 

This was absolutely the most positive experience I have had with a contractor. He was professional, accurate and stayed in close contact with us through out the duration of the project. His attitude was always helpful. Customer service was exceptional and the quality of his work was excellent. The installers he provided for us were also professional, very timely and excellent. My husband and I choose this contractor from Angie's list because the comments were all good and indicated that his charges were reasonable. We were very happy to have found such a good reference from Angie's list.

I was referred to him from a friend at Keller Williams. They were just going to do my kitchen counter tops but after what happened with that I had him do also my flooring and shower. He took me down to the slab yard and walked with me to pick out the slabs for my kitchen. When we picked out slabs he would not install a seconds product cause he did not want me to have problems later (seconds was what I first picked out). Once we got the slabs I was allowed to line it out with his fabricator. I was so impressed with the seams and installation I then had him put a nail down wood flooring. During the wood process the wood had to sit in the house for a week. Once he had the wood installed the installer tested area with stain colors to verify I liked the color in my house. After all was done they moved all my furniture back in place. When he did my shower we walked thru the process step by step. He explained to me the standards to the install and if I wanted other options (like a product called red guard). He met me at a couple wholesale showrooms to help me pick the products and work with me on benefits and non benefits in my situation. There was a issue with the drain in the shower that was unforeseen. As soon as it was discovered he brought me in to look at issue and explained to me how we could address the issue. Jeff was very easy to work with and very informative. His price was lower or inline with most companies out there for the same product. I learned a lot about the business and he did not make me feel like I was dealing with a commission sales person. Felt like he was very truthful. I have had two neighbors that will also call on him they liked it so much.
