They gave me a great quote over the phone. They were at my house within 2 hrs. Seth was my technician and he was really friendly and not afraid to get his hands dirty. They set up a follow up visit and came back to inspect things a week later at no additional charge. I received 2 follow up visits as the rats weren't hitting the bait. Seth built screen doors on the openings under my house that allowed vermin out but not back in.

• I was truly impressed with Graham. The quickness in their response and with their willingness to see a job through to the end. Seth was really great and spent over an hour outside my house on his third visit securing the perimeter. That's pretty incredible if you ask me. I'll hire them from here on out. My husband accidentally brought home fleas and we didn't realize we were infested until it was too late. Factor in a newborn baby and we were feeling overwhelmed. After a week or two of trying to "DIY" the removal, I called a few pest control companies. Many of them were not flexible enough to come over ASAP on a Saturday, much less give great advice over the phone. In fact, some were downright dismissive. Graham gave us steps for optimum removal before they ever came out. They were so incredibly helpful & came out to do a follow up to ensure the fleas were gone. I was terrified of the chemicals used to spray in the house - see newborn baby - but they listened to my concerns & assured me that the chemicals they use are non-toxic and naturally derived. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
