They're very good. I think their pricing is excellent. The thing about the previous company that I did not like was there was kind of a program that I paid $25 a month.  It was supposedly got me discounts for parts, but they were always trying to sell me something. Graham does not do that. They just tell if you need something or if you don't need something. They are not salespeople. They are actually heating and air conditioning repair people. If something is not broken, they do not try to tell you it is and fix it and charge me for it. I'm very happy with their service.

It went great from meeting them and receiving a quote, to finishing the work. They know their stuff, they look neat and well-groomed, have great demeanors and a professional manner.  They are my new heat/a/c company.

This whole expierence has been an absolute nightmare, but Graham made it all better!!!!  I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone who has HVAC issues!  this is why: It started out as a leak in my ceiling from the AC in the attic,  I have One Guard (home warranty) I called them explaining the problem, they sent my work order to a company called "one stop".  It took them 2 days to call me and make an appt, they finally get a guy out to take a look.  He said that the line was clogged and blew it out.  1 week later I noticed that it was still leaking, so I called One Guard again, informed them that it was still leaking. They say oh no problem we will send another work order to one stop.  3 days later I still had not received a call from one stop.  Finally I decide to call them directly.  So they send another guy out, this guy was pretty good (so we thought)  he informed me that the first guy that came out fixed it incorrectly.  So he blew out the line AGAIN and said that the pan had been installed incorrectly from the builder.  He told us to put a fan in the attic to try to dry the water and to spray a mixture of bleach and water to try to avoid black mold. (this leak was in my 3 year old daughters room).  Also informed us that one guard should cover the problem and not to worry about it.  He also told us that they couldn't directly order the part and that one guard would have to order it and it could take 5-6 days to get the part it.  So I believed him.  1 week later I had not heard anything from one stop or one guard so I call one stop and ask if they have received the part I needed.  John from one stop said he was in the car but remembered my issue and he said he would check on it as soon as he got back in the office.  Never heard from him, so I call him the next day and he says "oh yeah one guard is not going to cover the issue, also informs me that the second guy is no longer with the company.  (I'm pretty upset at this point) I call one guard and they give me the name of a few companies to call for an estimate. I call the first company which is called "Central Plains" a guy comes out says he has been doing this for 35 years and he knows what he doing.  He came out and said that our coil is rusted out, that we need to replace the 3 ton slab coil,  Estimate for repairs : $1,450.00! I had a bad feeling about that guy so a co worker recommended "Graham air heating and air conditioning".  Thank goodness she did. I called yesterday and they returned my call very efficiently and came right out, he said no your coil is NOT rusted out.  All that was needed to do was simple, took about 20 minutes and only cost $100.  I am SOOOOOO happy I went with Graham's.  Now my AC is fixed and I will always use graham for my hvac system!!!!!

Air conditioner was making very odd noises and not cooling the house by any means. Called Graham Air first thing this morning and left a message, within 10 minutes they returned our call, asked where we were located and that they were on their way. They not only fixed the coil but the cleaned the outside unit. They are always punctual and professional. NOTE: Graham Air installed our current unit 12 years ago and they have been the only people we have work on our air conditioning system

We were getting ready to spend nearly 5k on a new A/C system after a previous quote. We had been told that although the coil was the problem, it would be better to replace the entire A/C. My father had recently used Graham to replace his aging system and he was very happy with their service. So we decided to get Graham out for a second opinion. Keith and Kelly came out to take a look. They were professional, friendly and most importantly, honest! They not only quoted the evaporator coil for $200 less than the previous company, but they also explained that it was not necessary to replace our whole system.

I called the company and they came that same day. And that's about the only good thing they did. The owner/worker and another guy had done previous work on the A/C and heating units in this house and that why I contacted them, since I figured they would know the systems better. My a/c wasn't working. They came in and knew exactly where to go. They went into the attic and a few minutes later claimed that a rat or squirrel had chewed on some wires and there was major work to be done. That freaked me out because I had just had an exterminator come in and check the house and it was clear of any rodents. When I asked for a quote they claimed he could not give me one. I was confused and said I needed some sort of quote. He was rude and said that it would be between $100 or $400 or probably more. And shouted "Do you want the work done or not!" I was very upset at this point. I said no and they left abruptly. They took a lot of things apart and didn't put anything back as it was. I finally had another company come in the following day and they fixed the A/C in a matter of minutes. This new company (Air Tex) sent a really honest guy who told me that there weren't any chewed wires and that the wires had been cut, not chewed on. He fixed the A/C in about 10 minutes. He also noticed that lots of doors and wires were disconnected and not in their right place. He fixed it all for me. Thank goodness for honest people like those at Air Tex. I had to let people know that Graham-Air was unprofessional, rude and extremely dishonest and that I would never refer anyone to that company. I would hate for anyone to go through the same experience.
