I inherited a great number of antique items from my mother. Terra helped me go through them and put my mind to ease about the worth of some of these items. I wanted to make sure that I didn't get rid of something that may have great value. Terra was knowledgable, and things that she didn't know about on the spot she went back and researched and gave me some guidance. I did not ask for a full value estimate - I was simply sorting through all the items in order to find anything of high value/worth.

Her name is Terra Goodman and she was wonderful and she has actually become a friend of ours now. She changed her e-mail address because she said she was getting about 5000 e-mails a day from people trying to sell her stuff. We spent about $400 on that service. She was very knowledgeable, has a very unassuming presence and she was just a very nice person. She never came across as really strong, but was real professional and a very warm person. She was very appreciative and respectful of our home. My husband, our kids and their spouses and I were all here, so everybody could just see what she had to say. She brought an assistant with her and we felt that it was reasonable in terms of the amount of time she spent and what we paid. If there were things that she did not know about, she would research and get back to us. We had some kind of Indian basket and she said that she did not know about that, but referred a man that we could go to. It turned out that we actually went to him about something before, so she sent us to a knowledgeable person. We used her first about 4 years ago and was so impressed with her that we decided to use her again.
