Our house flooded and Glenn came right away. Besides taking our carpets to be cleaned, he also cleaned my barstools that were damaged and he gave me advise about some of my furniture that was wet. So friendly-over and above the call of duty!!

"This customer has very old and worn carpet with pet stains. I explained that traffic area wear and some color damage is permanent, and offered to return and reclean the carpet for free to make sure that the best job possible was done. He refused to allow me to do this preferring just to post a poor review instead."
