After multiple phone calls complaining about the workmanship, Mr. King came to the site (in September), saw the poor workmanship, and promised to get back to me and redo the work. I never heard from him again, despite multiple attempts to contact him. I had to hire competent immigrants to redo the work that Mr King and his incompetent associates failed to do. Why did i pay him if i was unsatisfied with the work? I don't know - i guess i trusted him to do what was right. I made a $12,000 mistake. The moral of this story is: if you want a skilled and conscientious professional for your window renovations, DON'T HIRE GLASSHOUSE AND TIM KING.
