Mr Mathews workers were one hour late for our appointment. I did not recieve a phone call and had to call the company in which i was told they were running late and would be there soon, 1 hour later. We decided to use another company since Glass House wanted way too much money to replace our screens, Mr. Mathews was not happy with our decision. No contract nor agreement of any kind was ever signed so imagine my surprise when 6 months later as we are closing on the sale of the house we are informed that Mr. Mathews placed a Mechanics Lein on the property in the amount of 250.00 stating that it is for taking window measurement. He never took measurements and was so mad that he didn't get the job he files a fraudulent claim agianst us. Now the sale of our property is delayed while we take action to have this removed. Do not use this company. I can't help but wonder how many times he has done this and people just pay it so they can move on with a sale.
