He was a no show for a balcony repair. I talked to Gerlacuh on Tuesday and scheduled an appointment for him to bid on a balcony repair on Thursday. He didnt show up nor did he call to inform me he couldnt make the appointment. I called his office twice to reschedule, as with all calls to this company a machine picks up, and I never received a return call. I wonder how difficult it is getting a reponse after they already have your money.
