Excellent. The first rep who came to my home was very knowledgeable and told me that he could not give an honest quote until he could get under the pier and beam home, which was wet due to plumbing issues. After returning the rep gave me a quote and we went on from there. The guys were as neat as they could be for having such a messy, muddy area to work in. They worked long days and were done in the allotted time (3-4 days). I also had a structural engineer report created and had to have a clean out added for my plumbing, which I feel was necessary and appreciated their help on this. I could not have the work come with a warranty without the necessary clean out.

Overall this is an excellent company!!!

The crew chief was great and they did a good job cleaning up afterwards. I really like the crew that performed the work. The issues I ran into was with the office staff. Absolutely no communication. I had to call to make sure I was still on the schedule the day before. I was not warned that the main crew was behind due to weather the day before and they only sent a starter crew of 4 people on the first day. I had also sent a couple of emails that were not returned.

According to the crew chief the office staff is famous for not communicating with customers. They are performing work on someones investment and need to keep clients informed.

I wouldd advise using them for cost and quality of work, but be prepared to have to make calls to get questions answered.

Neil Jaegers arrived promptly at the designated time and explained what needed to be done and left me a written estimate.  I found Neil to be very knowledgeable, courteous and professional.  He was always available for phone calls or emails..

The work was completed in one day and they left the area neat and clean.  They even power washed the driveway.  As far as I can tell, they did an excellent job. Time will be the real tell-all.

I received my plumbing and engineers reports by email.  Also, they came back after 90 days to measure and make sure everything was holding up.  I showed them where the soil had sunk in a few places where they had dug and they sent someone out to take care of it.

All in all, I am very satisfied with Geo-Tech and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing foundation repair.

Very satisfied with the quality of work.  Foundation seems very level and stable after repair.  They installed 27 concrete beam/piers to level.  They had to install 5 of them in the inside of house. 

My only negative is that it has been 4 months and I still have not received all of the paperwork that I was promised.  I have contacted the office about 10  times.  I tried to wait until I had received ALL of my final papers before writing a review, but this has just gone on too long.  I just want my papers so that I can be done with it. 

Over all I believe the quality of the work on the foundation was excellent.  The office is dropping the ball when it comes to customer service.

They did really well. They did it in one day.

Surveyed the house, determined I did not have a foundation issue, but a sprinkler head that was leaking and causing about an 1" issue with the house. Gave me all the documents, etc. Told me how to get it fixed.

Outstanding service. I'd use them in an instant again!!!

Inspection of my property, work plan  and price negotiation were all handled in a timely and responsive manner.  I scheduled the actual lift to be done several weeks after the date we agreed on the contract.  I had some problems to resolve before I could get electric service at my new address but Geo-Tech was up to the challenge.  They arrived on time on the scheduled date with their own electric supply and a very large work crew.  The temperature was blisteringly hot but the men just kept on working and finished the whole job in one day. Then they did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves.  Foreman Johnny walked me all around the house when they were done and answered all my questions.  I was very pleased with their work.  In fact the only complaint I ever had was that it was hard to get my final papers and warranty.  That problem turned out to be due to an individual who is now  no longer  there.  Once they were aware of the problem Geo -Tech got their customer's warranties right to them.

I think the job went well. They were supposed to send a plumber out after the fact, and I called them and the plumber never came out. I was disappointed with this. I won’t use them again because the completed service was not provided, and their lack of follow up.

Needed a foundation inspection based on doors sticking.  Was able to schedule an appointment for following week.  Inspection was thorough and Jim spent a lot of time explaining to me what was going on with foundation and what he recommended.

Crew was very fast and professional.  Lost one shrub, but was warned that it was a possibility.

They did a really good job. Their responsiveness was good.

Cracks appeared around windows on southwest corner of house, and outside in the brickwork.  Also windows and doors on northwest corner of house were hard to close.  Received proposals from 5 companies, ranging from ridiculous to outstanding.  Chose Geo-Tech due to the amount of information provided, the professionalism and the willingness of Mr. Neil Jaegers to come out multiple times to discuss different aspects of the work to be done.  Scheduled the work 5 months in advance to work with my finances and work schedule.  I was contacted several weeks ahead of time with updates concerning utilities, access and other aspects of the work.  Everyone in the office who contacted me was polite and professional.  On the day of the work, everyone showed up at the designated time (between 8 and 9 a.m.), worked all day, with a short break for lunch, and was finished by 5:00 p.m.  I was kept informed of every aspect of the work as the day went on.  Except for a little inconvenience with the work being done on the interior bedroom, there were no problems or issues.  Extra dirt from the excavations was placed at other locations around the foundation where needed.  When they were finished it was like they had never been there.  All the outside grading and clean-up was close to perfect.  Inside, the carpet was returned to the original location and tacked down.  Inside clean up was very good, only minor scuff marks on the tile due to having a wheelbarrow used in the hallway.  I was very impressed by their work, and would use them again.

They performed all the work on time or sooner. as I said they were great and very responsive to an issue that came up about a water line that was damaged during the repairs. They fixed it quickly and at no additional charge.

They were fast and they were giving more tiers than the other company that I had gotten a quote from. I felt like with more tiers I would have more support. They informed me of why I needed more tiers and cut the cost to compete with the other quote I had gotten. They were also available within 2 weeks, where as the other company I would have had to wait 4-8 weeks. They always answered my calls and returned my calls. They also got the job done when they said they were going to.

They arrived on time and worked very hard.  There was great communication about everything that was going to be done.  I have never had any work like this done before and really didn't know what to expect.  I was totally amazed with all the amount of work involved.  But the best part was how they left my flower beds and my floors.  They cleaned everything up so that the outside and inside don't even look like anything had been done.  Total Professionalism.  I am very pleased with the work done.

When I called to inquire about whether they did this type of work, the Geo-Tech phone was answered by a friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable person.  (This was certainly not the case with the two other companies I had already called!!!)  She not only efficiently and and quickly knew that they actually did do this type of work and checked to find out what this might cost in general (in answer to my question), but also she immediately set up an appointment with a person to come and evaluate the job in person. The appointment was within a week of when I first called, and the entire job was completed in a similarly incredibly timely way. 
Each of the personnel was equally efficient, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.  Even the crew who dug underneath the columns in the cold December wet mud/clay were pleasant and never grumbled.  They went about their business, were careful not to damage surrounding plants, and left the area around each of two columns immaculate and as they had found it.  For this, I was extremely appreciative, especially as they had to dig on my neighbor's side of the fence for one of the columns. 
All went exactly as planned and when it was to have happened, making the entire experience amazing for me.  Unless you had watched it happening and knew the columns were leaning before, you would never know they had been there.  It couldn't have been easier or more satisfying.  And Joleen and Dena in the office made it fun, too!  Thank you!
