He directed me over the phone what to do and it was corrected. This was a simple one, but he has corrected some really bad ones.
He uses a program where he can get into my computer from his location, thereby saving a service call.
He has been servicing my equipment for some 20 years and has never failed to fix the problems. He has been a good friend.

Always thorough and the work gets done correctly. Never have any problems after service has been completed. We have been using this entity for years and must be good because we keep calling him if we have issues. He has installed new hardware and software on various computers setting up share drive communicators and so forth. Honestly, I leave the whole "computer" language to the expert - I simply just explain my problem and he has to fix it, which he does. How much better than that does it get.
