TODD IS JUST ONE OF THE TECHNICIANS FROM THIS COMPANY. HE WAS VERY NICE, IS VERY GOOD AT TRAINING AND EXPLAINING THINGS. HE WAS VERY EASY GOING AND NICE TO TALK TO. HE CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY CHARGES NEAR $100 AN HOUR, WHICH IS PRETTY MUCH WHAT THE OTHER COMPANIES, I CALLED, CHARGE TO COME TO YOUR HOME. I WILL NOT HESITATE TO CALL TODD IN THE FUTURE.
