I had Monkey Bars, cabinets, an epoxy floor as well as a wall/ceiling renovation done and I could not be happier! I knew generally what I wanted but they came through with a design that we even better. I think we had 3-4 rounds of revisions to the plan and they never made me felt like I was being high maintenance. I had to reschedule the installation due to some foundation issues that I wanted fixed first. They did a great job of being flexible and communicating with me. All in all the entire process was outstanding!

Communication was prompt, an appointment was set, and after agreeing what I needed, and what I did not, we scheduled an appointment for installation, which was completed on time and at the agreed upon price. Great service and great, high quality products were used. Highly recommended!

We started off with a bit of a communication issue, but once we got in touch with each other everything went very smoothly. Jon set up an appointment to look at our garage and make some recommendations. Jon arrived on the day and time promised, and couldn't have been more helpful. He took into account what our storage needs were and presented a plan. He did not try to over sell and made very good use of the space we had available. He also explained the install process for the shelves and the floor. We agreed on cost and he forwarded the available dates for install later the same day. His crews arrived on time, explained what work they were going to perform, and answered any questions we had. Everything went great and we love our garage. The monkey bar shelving system is awesome!

Excellent. Would highly recommend them! We chose to pay slightly more than two other quotes we got, as we were very impressed with their product, responsiveness, and overall level of service. Quality is economy!

Garaginization did exactly what they said they were going to do and did it well.  Jon Lee and I had an initial meeting to examine the garage,  review my goals and to discuss some alternatives.  Based on that discussion Jon put together a plan that addressed my storage requirements and my desire to clean up seal and surface my garage floor.  That plan included schematics of the storage solution and a price estimate.   Based on additional discussion, Jon refined the plan and estimate a bit further and we then agreed on the timing of the work, which would take place on two separate days over a several week period.  The scheduling of the work got a little complicated due to the weather and availability of Jon's crews, but was handled professionally and well-communicated    The first crew arrived when scheduled to install the storage solution, explained what they were going to do and proceeded to do exactly that.  The work that they did was excellent and the storage solution met my needs to a tee.  Due to the weather we needed to reschedule Jon's flooring team a couple of times, but that was clearly outside of their control.  When the flooring team arrived, they also explained what they were going to do and did exactly what they said, which was excellent.  As a result, there were no surprises during the installation.  I should also add that both teams explained what to do if there was an issue or need subsequent to the installation and explained how it would be handled by Garaginization.  That was very helpful.  I do want to mention that while Garaginization was a bit higher priced than some of the other vendors with whom I spoke,  I believe that theirs was a fair and reasonable price given the quality of the products used and work performed.  All in all, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Garaginization to others looking for this type of solution.

The owner came and talked with us about what we wanted.  He put together a plan and submitted for our review. We made some adjustments and he resubmitted the plan.  We agreed and his team did an outstanding job on our garage. 
Robin was easy to work with and just did an exceptional job!!

Garaginization did a superb job!! They did our garage floor coating in red racer, and it looks fantastic. 
Robin Girard, the owner, first came out to our house to go over the product, show us samples, and give us a quote. We scheduled a day for his installers to come out. On the day of the installation, we were there when the installers arrived, went into work, then returned when they finished. (It was nice because we did not have to take off a day of work.) We were quoted for the job to take from 8:30 a.m. until around 3:30 or 4. Tim, the installer, finished ahead of scheduled! They were out of there by 2:30. 
I definitely recommend Garaginization for garage floor coating. They do a great job. We love our garage floor and are very happy with the outcome!

We were very happy with them.  We got what we needed; it was modular.  They were quick and it served its purpose.  It is what we needed with the modular system that could be flexible as our family grew.  It was reasonably price.

Great company and great service.  Pricing straight forward on website.  Total professionals from start to finish.

The owner of the franchise came out to our home at our scheduled time early Sat morning and performed an estimate and was extremely quick and was knowledgeable about this business / industry, but not really friendly. I actually left the meeting feeling like a burden and not sure if he really wanted our business. Through several emails and quotes, he was very quick in responding and making alterations to our original plans so I decided to do a smaller project with him. The work was completed and we are very happy with the results, however, it took a month to charge my credit card because it was 'lost'. I may use them in the future solely due to the high quality of work that was done and quick response time, but I will pay with cash instead.

UPDATE: The owner called me the morning this review posted to apologize for what happened. I appreciate the call - he was very professional and he was very passionate about receiving feedback. I will recommend this company and am still very happy with the high quality results! Thank you.

The installer arrived at the scheduled time. He had all the required materials and equipment to complete the installation. The price was exactly as agreed upon. The installer took the time needed to ensure that the racks were installed correctly. We are very pleased with the racks and the amount of "stuff" they will hold. My trips to the attic will be virtually eliminated to retrieve items used infrequently.

Rep came out right on time. Made a nice presentation. I did not use because the product was not what I wanted.

Arrived on time as scheduled. The guys got right to work taping and working the garage floor with an abrasive machine(looked like a buffer) with vacuum attached. Service was supposed to be done in one day but very rainy and humid, and also had a wet spot on the floor prior to painting. They recommended a different coating than what was agreed on because of the wet spot, they felt it would take better though it would take longer to cure before recoating with clear coat. They had to come back out the next day to finish up. I agreed and they got on with it. They worked steady all day, they were responsive to all my questions, and there were alot of them. They kept me informed about what was going on and were very pleasant from start to finish. Barry seemed to be very knowledgeable about the product and did a great job putting down the floor coating. The result was great, I really love the floor. Thanks Garaginization for a great job. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for garage floor coatings.

We downsized to a smaller house after retirement. Going from a 3 car garage to a 2 car left us with a lot of things that we needed to get organized. Our garage already had a wall of storage cabinets but Rob's crew added a wall of cabinets and customized a work shelf to make sure every available space in the garage had a function. They added a couple of wall systems to store our shovels, etc and relocated our peg board to make it more functional. Our garage was taken from a disorganized mess to a functional area that has made it easy to move around the garage even with the cars inside. Rob gave us an accurate quote and his crew arrived just as scheduled. They did the work in 1 day and left the area cleaner than when they came. They did an excellent job.
