It was outstanding. Mr Napert was professional, punctual and he and every member of his crew was a pleasure to work with, he pays incredible attention to detail. The work was completed quickly and looks wonderful.

Initially Irving is the nicest of people, however at the end, he is anything but. He is good at maintaining a schedule, but miserable at documenting or tacking any of the accounting/financial side of the project. As a "cost plus" contractor, his method of doing business is to low ball your budget, then send you a large invoice after the work is completed for additional "labor hours", none of which will be documented on paper or be appropriately substantiated. He often tells you after the fact about "additional work he did" or some "stuff we fixed for you", however you will be billed for this work without ever being told what it cost or without being given the opportunity to decide if you even wanted that work done or not. Be careful working with this company. It's basically a one man show with a small crew of 3 employees, so he can only handle one project at a time. I would not recommend hiring Futura Enterprises. Be prepared to have an attorney review your agreement before signing and be prepared to have to argue on additional billings after the work. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. In my experience, Futura Enterprises owner Irving Napert is not to be trusted, despite his initial cordial demeanor.

Great customer experience and flawless work
I used Futura for a complete remodel of my house.  Irving patiently explained every step in the process to me and even helped budget out the expenses.  Based on Irving?s recommendations, we ended up removing several walls.  The result was an open and modern floor plan, which we really enjoy.  We did not appreciate before the project how much coordination is required between the owners, general contractor, and subs.  Irving was great.  He abley coordinated each stage of the project, including obtaining the necessary permits, and handled any unforeseen issues, making our lives much easier. 
I read earlier reviews about problems with communication, but in my experience, Irving was responsive to every question and request we made. The positive attitude Irving brought to the project made the remodel an enjoyable experience.
I would definitely use Future Enterprises for any future projects.

Scheduling was very easy and it took them several months to complete the job.  He was beyond superb.  The quality of the work was outstanding, the price was competitive, the quality of the materials that he custom ordered was great, and the customer service that he delivered was outstanding.  He made sure that we were happy with every detail.  He's the best contractor that we've ever had.

It was extremely professional and excellent service.  The supervisor is watching the crew and even works with them.  They get there early and they always cleaned up after the job.  I would use them again.  If I had to knock down my house, I would use them to rebuild it. His prices are very reasonable and fair.  We had a budget and he was willing to work with us with the budget.  He uses quality materials.  He never tried to take advantage of us.  He was always looking out for the best deals.

Futura (Irving) expertly repaired both problems.  The wood rot repairs were done is such a way as they should hold up until the structure is torn down.  The rotten studs were removed and new ones added, the siding was then repaired using mix of Hardy Board and new wood siding that rebuild two sides of the garage.  Then a new exterior door sill was created to prevent water from entering the storage room (when) it rains.  Meanwhile the crack in the garage floor was cut out, the area was tied together with rebar and new heavy duty concrete was poured.  While not the cheapest contractor, Futura (Irving) may be one of the best.  High quality Irving (Futura) stands behind the work.  I will use them for additional projects.  Highly recommended...  and a Dog lover!
