Awful experience. Frymire was bought out by Earthwise Home Services. I was a customer of Frymire 12 years with great service. Thought it was the same company. Wrong. 1. The plumbers removed the old parts and hid them under insulation. 2. Permit was not pulled til I complained. 3. Did not pass inspection. 4. Had to have different contractor finish job to City of Frisco Code. 5. Spoke to Ken, owner, who never followed through (ignored my concerns). This went on from October 2017 until February 2018.
