If you buy a computer there, and you don’t like it, you can take it back. They give you back your money. I like their warranties. They do what they say they’ll do.

I DID HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE FOR AWHILE, BUT ONCE MR. CHACKO WAS ABLE TO SERVE ME, HE WAS THOROUGH IN EXPLAINING WHAT I NEEDED TO HAVE DONE. IT WAS HARD TO CALL THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT BACK, SOMETIMES THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE.

THEY DIDN'T COMPLETE THE JOB. THEY LEFT BUGS IN THE COMPUTER. THEY JUST WORKED AROUND THE JUNK ON THE COMPUTER. I WAS VERY DISPLEASED.

THE SALES PERSON WAS NOT POLITE AND MADE ME FEEL I WAS IN ERROR TO PURCHASE THE ITEM I WENT IN FOR. HE ASKED IF I KNEW ABOUT SEVERAL OF THE ITEMS IT WAS LACKING AND WHAT I WAS PURCHASING IT FOR.

THE SALESMAN WAS AVAILABLE IN THE AREA WHEN WE ARRIVED. HE ANSWERED QUESTIONS THAT WERE ASKED AND ASSISTED US WITH THE CHECK OUT. DISCOVERED DURING INSTALLATION THAT IT WAS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE MONITOR. TOOK IT BACK FOR REPAIRS AND POSSIBLE ADJUSTMENT OR REFUND. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND REPAIRS DEPARTMENT WORKED TOGETHER IN ASSISTING US WITH THE PROBLEM.
